An exciting opportunity has arisen to help us to continue to support the delivery of effective homelessness services. This is a busy, challenging and varied role, but one that is exceedingly rewarding as we look to continue to improve services to people affected by homelessness. As the Team Leader you should have extensive knowledge of homelessness systems and processes and experience of managing and leading teams. You should also have experience of building effective partnerships across health, housing and social care.
Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme will be essential on taking up appointment. Please note successful candidates for the above position will be required to pay for their PVG Membership/or Scheme Checks.
