Support Workers , Barrow Permanent

Multiple Support Workers wanted in Barrow for new Leaving Care service.

Your new company
In your new company you will be working with an existing client who has expanded their service into Barrow-in-Furness, specifically in leaving care, 16-18year old.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be working with young people in a leaving care service with the main goal being the promotion of independence across health, finance, careers and more. The roles come with a variety of shifts available inclusive of days, nights and sleeps. The positions will be permanent work.

What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to be confident in working with children and have a genuine desire to support the work of the other permanent members of staff. Having an NVQ L2 or L3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.

What you’ll get in return
