Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as Support Worker in our Supported Living service. You will play a vital role in helping individuals with a variety of needs to live independently and enjoy a fulfilling life.
What you will be doing:

Support with daily activities, including cooking, cleaning, and shopping.

Assist with managing finances, medications, and appointments.

Encourage and empower individuals to participate in social and community activities.

Promote independence and help individuals achieve their personal goals.

Build positive relationships and offer emotional support to those in your care.
