Role Purpose

Kelso Homecare are looking to recruit a Support Worker Supervisor. The role will assist the Assistant Homecare Manager and play a vital role in supporting service users to meet their needs as identified in their personal support plan through an enabling and outcome focused approach and based on the principles of independence, choice, rights, dignity and privacy. This will involve working in the community.

Essential

Basic numeracy and literacy.

SVQ level 2 in Social Care or obtain within 1 year.

PDA developing Professional Practice – Health & Social Care Level 7 to obtain within one year.

*A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
