What is the role?
To assist the Co-ordinator – Housing and the Team Leader – Sheltered Housing in the provision of an efficient and effective sheltered housing service.

The Grade of this post is Grade 1 / Level 4 and the hourly rate is from: £13.78 to £14.09 and the annual salary is from £26,585 – £27,184.
Working Pattern: The post holder will be required to work 5 days over 7 with alternate weekend working. The working hours are 8.00am – 3.30pm each day.
This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
