Blakely Scott are currently working with a respected Adults and Children’s social care organisation looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and energetic support staff to join an excellent team supporting young adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs in a residential setting.

The successful candidates will by highly motivated to make a positive difference to these people’s lives, ensuring their needs are being met. You will be passionate about supporting individuals to fulfil their potential.

Hours for this position are open to discussion, with both full time and part time hours being considered, working on a rolling rota. The right candidate will be good at working both on their own and within a team as well as having excellent communication skills.

The role is based in East Markham, Nottinghamshire and is commutable from Tuxford, Retford, Boughton, Sutton on Trent, Clarborough and North Wheatley.
