Tenancy Support Worker – Pembrokeshire
Your new role
Working closely with the residents to manage their needs. This will involve liaising with other agencies to help the people you support keep their place within the property through supporting their finances and promoting their independence. You will be completing activities to promote and build self-esteem. Typical shifts will be 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm or 10pm – 6am.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need at least 6 months experience in a social care role within the last 2 years, desirable experience in the mental health field, dealing with drug and alcohol abuse, helping people with housing and their benefits.
