We offer a starting salary of £11.00 an hour with excellent career progression and incremental pay rises following positive appraisal, overtime is available at other locations at £12.00 an hour
This is a job where you really will be making a difference to people’s lives. Supporting people with autism in our residential service supporting people with a variety of activities they enjoy as well as promoting independent living skills.
You will be positively support people to provide holistic support including personal care, medication administration, integrate into the local community and to support people to manage their anxieties which they may communicate through distressing behaviour.
If you have experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, Nursery Assistant, Personal Care Assistant or have worked in the NHS, Health Care or in Social Care this position would be well suited to you. We want to hear about your values and how you would put them in to practice.
We have Full Time, Part Time and Casual Relief positions available
The working pattern is on a rolling rota including variety of shifts including early, lates, sleep-ins, weekends, bank holidays and flexible shift patterns
