Support Worker – Liverpool, Merseyside Temporary

Are you an experienced Care Assistant or Support Worker, looking for extra work, we can offer part or full time hours?
We have a range of opportunities for Care Assistants and Support Workers and part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
Working in close connection with local Care Homes, Nursing Homes, Supported Living Units, Mental Health Units alongside many other services.
Job Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to vulnerable adults/young adults
* Know and understand the care and support of individuals
* Carry out tasks detailed by the client/support plans
* Assist with feeding
* Record personal collective data regarding the client
About you :
* Be professional, polite and reasonable at all times
* Be caring, empathetic, respectful and reliable
* Have great communication, problem-solving, leadership and proficient written skills
* Be open to learning opportunities
* Attend statutory training and any other training as directed by management
* Understand and follow all policies and procedures relevant to the role
* Have a right to work in the UK
