Your new role
This role will be working temporary hours alongside permanent staff supporting and improving the lives of service users. This role includes supporting the service users with their everyday activities as well as offering invaluable behavioural and verbal support. The hours you will work are flexible and you can choose them at your leisure. In this role you could choose your hours across a variety of services or chose to work in one service. The services we work with cover a variety of settings including Mental health, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and Autism settings working with under 18’s that will benefit from the skills gained from your level 3 health and social care qualification.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 6 months experience in social care in the last 2 years
• Compassion, empathy, self- motivation and resilience
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Excellent use of a range of communication methods

• Full UK License is desired not essential
• Level 3 Health and social care qualification
