Support Worker – Learning Disabilities – Ammanford

A not for profit company is looking to recruit support workers in the Ammanford Area for their residential settings, supporting individual with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Your new role
As a Support Worker you will be assisting and enabling the people we support within a residential setting and also in the community. You will be helping with personal care, food preparation, activities and hobbies, cleaning and medication.
What you’ll need to succeed
Experience in a similar social care setting
Good communication skills
Desire to help and support vulnerable individuals

Permanent job – contracted hours
Salary – £9.08 per hour
Bank holidays – double hourly rate
Training and development
20 days annual leave increasing to 25 year after 5 years service
