Support Worker – Learning Disabilities & Mental Health
Location: Jarrow, South Tyneside
Salary: Up to £13.50 per hour – £27,000 per year equivalent
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time (minimum 15 hours) – flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

The Role:
Provide person-centred support to individuals, promoting independence and wellbeing.
Assist with personal care, daily living skills, and access to social, leisure, and work opportunities.
Support individuals in managing their tenancies and finances.
Encourage self-esteem, confidence, and participation in community life.
Work within agreed care plans, supporting individuals with challenging behaviours where required.
