Support Worker – Sandwell – Weekly Pay

Your new role
As a support worker you will be providing day to day support, motivation, promoting living skills and engagement to develop and meet individual detailed care plans in conjunction with multi agency colleagues. Supporting adults with Dementia and Mental Health conditions.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to be confident in working with service users and have a genuine desire to support the work of the permanent members of staff.
You must hold a right to work in the UK, a HSC level 2 or 3, experience in the past 12 months and a enhanced DBS.
Please note: we must be able to obtain references from your 2 most recent employers as part of the registration process.
