In your new company you will be working on a shift basis with a number of different clients around the South Wales area.
Your new role
In this role you will work with adults who have learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and mental health.You will be promoting the independence of residents, supporting them in the community and helping them to live a fulfilled life.
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to be confident in working with adults and have a genuine desire to support the service users. You must also have experience within a social care setting.
