Support Worker- Elderly- LD- Full Time- Days- Nights- £16.50 ph- Coventry

Hays Social Care are looking for an experienced Support Worker to work in an elderly residential setting based in Coventry. We work with fantastic providers who put the needs of their service users first, therefore, are looking for like- minded people to join their team.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be supporting elderly patients with Learning Disabilities. You will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with the elderly daily, promoting their own independence, supporting them in the community and helping them to live a fulfilled life. You will be required to work on a 7-day rota on two rotating shifts, early shift 7.30 am to 3 pm and late shift 2.30 pm to 10 pm

What you’ll need to succeed
To be a successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate a genuine caring persona to help individuals. Having a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar setting is essential.
