Support Worker – Canterbury, Kent Permanent

Murco Recruitment are currently working closely with a private residential children's service with several homes across Kent area. We are currently looking for experienced residential support workers in Canterbury, Thanet and Sandwich areas. The homes support vulnerable young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

* Key Working

* Managing Behaviours

* Arranging / Attending Activities

* Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports

* Following Care Plans

* Promoting Independence

* Working with other healthcare professionals
