Support Worker – Bristol Permanent NEW

Chappell Enterprises are recruiting for Support Workers for our client based in Bristol.

The Candidate:

Must have a Full UK Driving Licence

Must be willing to work evenings & weekends

Successful applicants will be required to work at locations across Bristol so they won't be based at the same address for every shift.

Must have a genuine desire to help people and also possess a caring nature. Reliable and punctual. Able to use own entitative but also follow instruction. Good verbal and written communication skills.

This role is for those who thrive in a team of driven compassionate people & enjoy challenges to achieve positive outsomes for the future.

The role:

Working independently & collaboratively with people with various learning disabilities & healthcare needs (aged 18-65), mostly 24-hour services, in their own homes

– Supporting adults with learning difficulties, delivering individualised services, & promoting opportunities

– Assistance with providing personal care & support with domestic tasks

– Helping individuals' daily needs promoting independence & positive based outcomes

– Adhering to the values, ethos & philosophy of the organisation

Pay rate:

£9.70 per hour – days

£10.67 per hour – evenings

£11.84 per hour – weekends

Full training is rovided and paid for.
