We are currently working with a long established Welsh Centric Care Organisation to recruit Support Workers for their idyllic setting.
Your new role
The service is home to residents with Learning disabilities with complex needs. This position will suit you if you have previous experience in care (in any sector) and enjoy a busy role.
People supported enjoy engaging in many community activities such as cycling, swimming, the outdoors, going to concerts along with learning and developing new skills & hobbies. The ideal Support Worker must be very patient and understanding.
What you’ll need to succeed
Care experience is desirable but the right attitude and skills are essential
Flexible and willing to work across a 7 day rota
Empathy and compassion
