Hays Social Care are searching for a team of support workers to work immediately in Leamington Spa. Your new role
In your new role, as a support worker you will need to be passionate, positive, understanding and caring with the interest of changing lives as a support worker. This organisation encourages including personal hobbies/activities to assist and share with others. We are seeking support workers that are flexible and in the Leamington Spa area to work 20-40 hours with an immediate start. This role requires an individual who is caring and passionate about people and influencing their lives positively.
What you’ll need to succeed
To excel within this role as a support worker you must be a person that thrives to be an incredible support worker with a caring personality and happy to work in the Leamington spa area between 20-40 hours per week. You must be able to provide evidence of your support worker experience alongside references and have an updated DBS or be satisfied with obtaining a new one, which Hays will do for you. You must be eager to work and willing to work immediately.
