Bank Shifts – Cwmbran – Support Worker
Your new company
My client is looking for Support Workers to join their team who are available for a work on an adhoc basis. Support Workers in this role are responsible for support service users in their own homes and helping with every day tasks, such as cooking and cleaning, going out in the community and supporting with other elements of personal care.
There are a number of residents in my clients care in the south east areas of Wales such as Cwmbran, Pontypool and Abersycan. They need people who are flexible and able to work short notice at times, as well as people who are flexible for sleep in shifts and waking nights.
Your new role
In this job you will be required to uphold the values of the organisation, and work hard and well to ensure that service users are cared for at all times.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you must be flexible to a number of shifts – these can be short and long days, sleep in shifts, or waking nights.
The shifts available are on an ADHOC basis, so by nature, can be erratic and subject to change – you should also be flexible to this.
You will need to be eligible to work in the UK and have valid proof of identification and address.
