Full PBM Trained Support Worker – Swansea – Bank and Adhoc Shifts

This client is a friendly and dedicated care provider, passionate about providing first rate care to individuals with Learning Disabilities exhibiting some challenging behaviour. The are a large organisation with years of experience in various care settings across Wales. My client is an established and long running organisation who’s teams pride themselves on creating happy and healthy environments for their service users.
Your new role
Your new role will be working in a residential setting that housed five service users with complex and varying learning disabilities, such as autism. Although this is a low arousal house, there is a need for PBM training, and there will be a level of personal care involved. To be considered for this role you will need experience working in a similar environment, with a passion to help and care for individuals.
There is a strong team, with long standing care plans in place; if successful you will be a vital member of the team working to provide excellent care at all times.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have valid and up to date PBM training, as well as 6 months experience in a similar role.
Driving and access to your own transport is desirable for this position, but it is not essential.
