Bank Shifts – Mental Health – Support Worker

Your new role
In this new role you will deliver care to those with severe mental health issues, providing compassion and support to all service users. You will respond flexibly to the assessed needs of referred individuals and follow the tailored packages of care promoting the individuals well-being, rights and independence.
In this role you will be required to take on a number of duties and responsibilities. You will be required to administer care and support to individuals, including various aspects of personal care as well as the administration of prescribed oral medication. You will need to follow structured care plans and complete detailed reports for health professionals.
As a bank shift worker you might be required to work shifts on a short notice, so full flexibility is needed.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must be a caring and compassionate individual with experience in the care sector. You must be flexible to varying shifts and working hours, as well as having flexibility to work with a number of differing mental health problems.
