Support Worker – Ad Hoc Shifts – Must have PBM Training

My client is a large not for profit organisation who has homes based over South Wales who are currently looking for a Support Worker for adhoc shifts to cover annual leave and sickness. Short Term notice for shifts is a possibility, so full flexibility is desirable.
Your new role
In your new position you will be caring for individuals with complex health needs so you will be required to have experience in social care, and will be able to administer excellent care to service users. This client provides care to 3 service users in one who rarely exhibit challenging behaviour, but can at times escalate, so restraint training is a requirement in this role. The residents and team alike are friendly and sociable and like to create a happy and welcoming environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
A successful candidate will need to have full restraint training to be considered for this role. You will also need experience in the social care sector and have a desire to provide excellent care to service users.
