Bank Waking Night Shifts – Support Worker – Central Cardiff
Your new company
My client is a large not for profit organisation that is looking for Support Workers to fill bank shifts for it’s setting in Central Cardiff
My client supports those that are homeless, and need support workers who are empathetic and compassionate. The programme is designed to help the service users create a new sense of self and renew their independence. My client wants support workers within the service who will help individuals realise their potential as members of the community.
Your new role
This job will predominantly be night shift working, but their will be some scope for day shifts from time to time. There is a lot of flexibility in working bank shifts for any organisation and you will be called upon to help cover shifts if there are staff sicknesses or absences.
You will be required to support service users and see over them during the nights, helping with anything that is needed.
