Increasing demand in St Austell due to continual growth means we’re looking to appoint several new Support Workers. Your new role
As a member of the team, you’ll use your experience and knowledge to support adults with varying degrees of learning disabilities across a variety of homes, to create a safe and comfortable environment. In these services you will help service users to develop their life skills, independence and gain access to the community. Our flexible working system means that you can pick and choose your availability allowing you to tailor your work life balance to suit you. Frequently arising opportunities with Hays allows us to provide you with day shifts, night shifts and overnight sleeps at a competitive pay rate.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 6 months experience in care / social care in the last 2 years
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new situations
• Excellent team working skills
• The passion to help others thrive in everyday life
• References from previous work, at least one being a care environment
