We are passionate about matching the right person to the right job. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a number of support workers to work in homes supporting adults with learning disabilities.

Your new role

Currently seeking support workers to work day shifts in Billacombe For full or part time work you can pick and choose your shifts. There will be enhanced weekend rates. Shift patterns are 0800-2000 or 0800-2200. If these shift patterns do not suit you, please apply anyway to discuss alternative opportunities available. What you’ll need to succeed

• Six months experience in a care environment in the last two years
• References working in care or social care
• Excellent communication skills
• Work well within a team
• The passion to make a difference in people’s lives
