What You'll Be Doing:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of two supported living services.
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of dedicated support staff.
Ensuring high-quality care delivery while helping service users achieve their planned outcomes.
Managing essential documentation, including report writing, risk assessments, and policy adherence.
Participating in the on-call rotation to provide additional support when needed.
What We're Looking For:
NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Health & Social Care (preferred).
Full UK driving license. (must have)
experience in team leadership (must have)
Proven supervisory experience within supported living settings.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for working with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Alignment with values of respect, empowerment, and community engagement.

Competitive salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications).
