The Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership is recruiting a Support Service Officer to be based within the Self Directed Support team. The Post holder will assist the Project Development Manager with implementation of the responsibilities and requirements of the Social Care (Self-Directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013 (the Act). The Act relates to support options for adults and children with support needs and to unpaid carers.
Duties of the post will include:
