Job Description

Would you like to part of our Care at home team, making a difference to people’s lives? Our team members work to agreed outcome support plans providing a Reablement approach to individuals living in their own homes within their communities across urban and rural areas.

We are inviting applications for our (care at home) Reablement team and Technology Enabled Care teams across Clackmannanshire and Stirling for individuals who can come and make a real difference to lives of real people. The post holder will work as part of Health & Social Care Partnership, you would be required to undertake care support using an enabling approach, also support people in their daily living tasks and promote self-care of long-term medical conditions. We are looking for people who can be responsive flexible and work in a professional manner and we will support you with quality supervision and a great programme of learning and development. You should be able to work on a rota basis this includes evenings and weekends.

You must be able to drive and ideally have access to your own vehicle for which you will be paid mileage expenses. You will be required to register with the SSSC and attain the appropriate qualification (SVQ level 2/3 in Health & Social Care) If you are enthusiastic, have patience, compassion, motivated and committed we would like to hear from you.

Requirements
