NonStop Care is working with an independent fostering agency who is looking for an experienced supervising social worker to join them on a permanent basis. The area you will be covering is within the West Midlands.
They have an Outstanding Ofsted rating, work therapeutically, and hold an incredible reputation for their child-centred approach. They are well-known for taking excellent care of their staff and are regarded as an exceptional place to work.

Manageable caseload – Typically 10-12 cases
Reputable, child-centred agencyResponsibilities:
Maintain the quality of care and support foster carers, ensuring the children get the best care possible
Manage a caseload of foster carers around Wolverhampton and Birmingham
Provide care assessments and reports and present these to panelsRequirements:
Registration with Social work England (SWE)
Driving License
Minimum of 2.5 years of fostering experienceThis role will fill up quickly so don't delay your application!
