Supervising Social Worker-Home Based – Bristol Permanent

Pay: £42,000-£44,000

NonStop's client, based in the South West, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

This is a chance to join a a stable agency that offers a small caseload and home working opportunities. The work load allows for a lot of flexibility and work life balance with a very competitive salary.

Supervise, support, and train foster carers
Manage a caseload of carers between Bristol and Swindon
Build lasting and positive relationships in order to provide the best outcome for childrenRequirements:

Registration with Social work England (SWE)
Driver
Knowledge of relevant legislation
Experience working within the Social Care sector, preferably in fostering
