The Substance Use Recovery Support Worker is part of the Recovery Hub and Community Network and assists the Project Manager in providing a comprehensive Substance Use service to people who use/used substances and their families.
The Substance Use Support Worker will be actively involved in tier two services within the Recovery Hub and Community Network and reducing the harm caused by drug and alcohol use.
The Substance Use Recovery Support Worker will be responsible to the Project Manager
