STAFF NURSE/PRIMARY CARE NURSE – Harrogate, North Yorkshire Permanent

ROLE SUMMARY

The Staff Nurse/Primary Care Nurse will work as part of a multi-disciplinary primary healthcare team delivering general medical services, nursing care, and elements of occupational health, to the Medical Facility/Bedded Down Facility’s Population At Risk (PAR).

The Staff Nurse/Primary Care Nurse will work unsupervised, and is responsible for the delivery of appropriate assessment; planning, implementation and evaluation of care needs, medical screening and advice to patients within their professional competence. They will provide a range of clinical services.

At times the post holder may have training and mentorship responsibilities for members of the multi-disciplinary team.

The Staff Nurse/Primary Care Nurse will work within the NMC code of professional conduct and adhere to all NMC standards and MOD policies and guidelines
