An opportunity has arisen within the Assessment, Care Management and Review Team based in Brooksby Medical & Resource Centre, Largs. We are seeking a Social Worker to work part-time with our team covering 21 hours one week and 14 hours. The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in undertaking needs led assessments, devising interventions while responding to and managing risk. An understanding of the current pressures experienced in the Health and Social Care sector is essential as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This a challenging and rewarding role and will require the successful candidate to work in a multi-disciplinary setting; to consult with service users and their representatives to ensure their needs and rights are promoted while practicing within policy and legislative frameworks.
