During Covid-19, we are taking the opportunity to work in different ways and this includes how we continue to undertake our interviews. We are using Microsoft Teams to progress with interviews virtually and all you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.
This post is based at our Children and Families Team, Ardrossan. The team covers the communities of Ardrossan, Saltcoats and Stevenston. Reporting to the team manager you will work within the legislative process, safeguarding children and young people by undertaking assessments and formulating Child Plan’s. Such work will require sound assessment skills, working collaboratively with partner agencies and the presentation of reports for Looked after Reviews and the Children’s Hearing. Child protection is also an essential part of this post. As part of a team the applicant will be involved in the duty system. For more details see the attached Role Profile below.
