An opportunity has arisen for a Full-Time Social Worker to work within the Assessment and Care Management Team which covers the Irvine Locality. The role would involve the undertaking assessments of need for older people and people under 65 who have a physical disability. We are seeking candidates who have good assessment and review skills, those who are able to identify levels of care need and have the ability to plan, establish care packages, along with taking part in the duty system. The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to work in partnership with relevant professionals, other agencies and the wider community whilst adhering to all applicable legislation and North Ayrshire HSCP policies and procedures.
