During Covid-19, we are taking the opportunity to work in different ways and this includes how we continue to undertake our interviews. This post is part of our integrated learning disability service and provides a primary focus on the assessment, care management and review of adults with a diagnosed learning disability, some of which are highly complex in nature. For more details see the attached Role Profile below.
