During Covid-19, we are taking the opportunity to work in different ways and this includes how we continue to undertake our interviews. We are using Microsoft Teams to progress with interviews virtually and all you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.
The post is based in the Children and Families team based at Children and Families 3 towns. This locality covers the 3 towns of Ardrossan, Saltcoats and Stevenston. Reporting to the Team Manager you will take responsibility for a caseload of vulnerable children and young people living in the locality. A key part of the post is to build and maintain effective working relationships with children, young people, their parents / carers. You require to be qualified to degree level and a wide variety of training is available to progress your personal development. The role requires you to complete assessments for various forums including Children’s Hearings, Looked after Reviews and Court. For more details see the attached Role Profile below.
