35 Hours Post – This is an exciting opportunity to join a Community Mental Health Social Work team. You will be working in an integrated Social Work and Health provision delivering quality services to people within the Scottish Borders. We are looking for a qualified, experienced and registered Social Worker. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team working in and across lovely location.
17.5 Hours Post – This is an exciting opportunity to join a Mental Health social Work Team. The main work is planning discharge for patients from the Borders Dementia Specialist Unit(BDSU) and Lindean Ward returning to community. This work is shared with the staff from the BDSU/Lindean supported by the community mental health services as well nursing home/residential providers. . We are looking for a qualified, experienced and registered Social Worker with particular interest in working with people with Organic and functional mental health conditions.
Professional Social Work/Nursing qualification.
Registration with SSSC.
A current driving licence is an essential requirement of this post.*
