This is an exciting opportunity for experienced social workers to be part of a new community focused Early Help Social Work Service, based in Alloa Family Centre.
The role will include supporting families who do not require a statutory social work service . The key aim of the team is to provide an
early response, in partnership with community and third sector services so that families receive the right help at the right time and circumstances do not escalate.
The successful applicant will ideally have experience in supporting families whose children are at risk of becoming care experienced or
subject to a statutory order of some description.
Family Group Decision Making and Kinship Support are also key drivers in our early help service and awareness of , or experience of these services would be helpful.
