Hourly Rate: £19.89 – £21.52
Salary: £36,300.67 – £39,275.42 per annum
Contract Duration: Permanent

Role Purpose

Scottish Borders Council are looking to recruit highly motivated, qualified Children & Families Social Workers to work in the Long Term Teams in Hawick and Duns to support the provision of good outcomes for children and young people. Essential

Degree in Social Work, Dip SW, CQSW, CSS.
Registration with Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
Up-to-date understanding of the key issues and relevant theoretical background facing professional children and families social workers, particularly related to child protection and looked after children.

A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
