SW Locums need a Senior Social Worker with Social Work England registration and substantial UK experience for this Children in Care (CIC) role in Newham. This is a case holding role, the maximum caseload for any social worker is currently 16 children and there is court work available.
The role is hybrid working- Candidates are required to attend the office once a week on a Wednesday (office is based at Newham Dockside)

You must hold Social Work England Registration and right to work in the UK
Please note that we will not accept any application from a social worker who has less than 3 years post qualified experience for this position, they must also have completed their ASYE.
You must display excellent engagement and direct working skills with children and young people as well Care and placement planning and minimising risk with a methodical organised approach, ensuring long term improved outcomes.
