Social Worker – Child Protection & Looked after Children – Belfast, City of Belfast Contract

Red Sector Recruitment has just had a new and exciting opportunity come through with one of our most experienced and highly respected clients in West Belfast, who are currently looking to recruit an experienced qualified Social Worker at a Band 5/6 Level to Join a highly experienced Child Protection and LAC Team (Looked after children).

This is an extremely well-supported team led by senior practitioners with experience spanning over 28 years so rest assured you will be well looked after, however, you will need be fully qualified and have experience working with children and families.

Social Workers will also carry their own caseloads which are usually a combination of family support, child protection, looked after children and court work cases.

You will be required to work on the team duty system which is required to respond to emergencies and new referrals.

Social Workers are required to complete up-to-date recordings on their cases and complete reports for any Trust meetings.

Requirements:

* Must be fully qualified and hold a valid NISSC Registration

* Access NI – If you do not have one we can do this for you

* Full UK Driving Licence

Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours week

Excellent Hourly Pay per Hour – Paid Every Week
