Hourly Rate: £19.50 – £21.31
Salary: £35,588.92 – £38,892.17 per annum

An opportunity has arisen within Scottish Borders, for a qualified Social Worker, to work in the Berwickshire Social Care and Health Team, based at Duns, on a permanent basis.
The successful post holder will provide duty cover for the team – responding to telephone calls, office callers and unplanned contacts with other professionals. The post holder will carry out reviews and assessments as required and if suitable qualified to do so, will participate in Council Officer duties, and will engage in all other aspects of the Team work – including attendance at Team Meeting and stakeholder meetings with Health colleagues.
The post requires a motivated person who is committed to working in Adult Services and shares the future vision for the development of services within an integrated Social Care and Health partnership.
Qualified Social Worker (degree/ diploma in Social Work )
*A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post.
