Social Worker Manager within private sector, 16-25 year olds

Your new company
You will be working for an organisation providing semi-independent accommodation and 24 hour wrap around support for 16-25 year old’s, helping to build stable and successful lives.

Your new role
you will come from a background of qualified social work with management experience whether at team or service level in order to be able to oversee and develop strong processes and risk assessments across the service. You will be overseeing around 20 members of staff and be able to use you social work expertise yet also be able to see things from a business perspective and oversee from this angle too.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will need a social work degree and relevant experience in this area with also the experience of managing a team or service. If you have worked in a similar service that would be beneficial however a local authority background is also desirable.

What you’ll get in return
you will earn a very competitive salary of circa £50,000 per annum dependent on experience and also have a bonus integrated to your contact depending on performance of around £5k per annum.
