An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Care at Home Review Team. The Team operates across the whole of East Renfrewshire, ensuring that residents are receiving the level of support that they require in order to maintain their health and wellbeing, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

You will have a good understanding of health and social care; have the ability to demonstrate partnership working across all agencies, whilst recognising the positive impact of outcome focussed support which enables service users to remain living independently at home. Applicants should recognise the value of working within a multi-disciplinary setting and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We are a modern and ambitious Health and Social Care Partnership who are focussed on the people of East Renfrewshire achieving their full potential, regardless of any additional barriers.
