An opportunity has arisen to join our through continuing and aftercare team on a bank/sessions basis.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly to support a small number of care experienced young people including asylum seeking young people, who are living independently.
The role will involve working within the social work through, continuing and aftercare team to provide practical and emotional advice, assistance and support consistent with identified needs.
Training, induction and supervision will be provided to successful candidates who will be expected to work within SSSC codes of conduct.
