Post 8866 Social Care Worker – 29 hours
Post 7911 Social Care Worker – 26 hours
working on a rota basis, you will work enthusiastically as a member of a team that promotes and supports Adults with Support needs to maximise their inclusion, independence and planned outcomes.

Requirements

You should have good interpersonal skills, experience of working with people with support needs, care planning and SVQ lll in Care (or equivalent). In the absence of this you must have the ability to undertake and achieve this qualification 36 months after registration with the SSSC. You will work as part of a team on a shift basis.

Appointment to the post will be for the duration of the maternity leave of the permanent postholder.

The wearing and use of PPE is essential in this role.

Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of grade.
