Post Title:      Social Care Worker 2
Location:        Inverness
Hours:            37 hours per week
Duration:       Permanent
Salary:           £28,783 – £32,111 p.a.

Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job  Purpose: 

• Along with fellow social care colleagues employed by Care & Learning; provide direct care and nurturing to children and young people who will reside in Applegrove – a 2 bedded unit adjacent to the Orchard.

• To collaborate closely with other professionals in Care & Learning, Education, Health and Voluntary Agencies, to assess the needs of children affected by disability and their families and provide integrated services to support them.
• To work in partnership with parents and carers.
