Part Time Social Care Trainer in Coventry

Your new company
You will be working for an well established charity who support individuals with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex behaviours. This organisation is based in Coventry City Centre and supports over 250 people with learning disabilities within their own homes and throughout the community.

Your new role
As your role as a trainer, you will be providing first class training and development to staff working within this organisation from support worker level. The role is based in Coventry on an initial six month temporary contract. You will be required to do a total of 22.5 hours during the hours of 9am-5pm, flexibility is required for this role. The salary for this position is £21,033. Your key responsibilities will be to support the manager and team to provide high quality training through a variety of different training sessions.

What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you must have a level of experience working within the health and social care sector. You must also have had experience delivering training to others within the sector. It is essential you have a certificate in PTTLLS, Level 3 award in education and training or the equivalent. Ideally you will have a high level of knowledge around IT systems and online learning platforms and feel confident in your ability to create and develop lesson plans.
